Placing An Order:

The preferred method of placing an order is through this secure online system. Go to the main products page to get started.

We also accept email, fax, mail, and phone orders. You can print out the Manual Order Form (opens in new window) if desired.

An educational discount is offered to faculty and staff at educational institutions. Contact LabJack for more information, or use the coupon code "broncos" to get the discount. We generally look at the shipping address to determine if an order does indeed qualify for this discount.

Payment Options:

Our preferred method of payment is credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

We do accept purchase orders (USA/Canada only) from schools, corporations, and government. You can email, fax, or mail your purchase order. If it is your first order, please include credit references. Please include an email address.

If your order is for a tax-exempt Colorado organization, you can enter your tax exemption ID in the online ordering system to avoid sales tax.

Shipping Options:

We generally ship exclusively with UPS. If this is a problem, please contact us. To determine shipping & handling charges, add items to your basket, go to the "Store Front", and click on the "Shipping Options" link in your basket (toward the upper-left of the screen).

The international prices are generally a little higher than the USA prices, but there is an obvious savings in shipping expense, and a not so obvious savings in the taxes/duty/brokerage fees collected by the courier upon delivery. The overall cost is often less from a local distributor.

We direct ship small international orders via insured USPS Express Mail or UPS Worldwide Express. Various taxes and customs charges will generally be due upon delivery. Customers in Canada should note that although UPS Standard has low shipping rates, extra fees might apply if UPS acts as the broker. When brokerage fees (collected upon delivery) are considered, USPS Express Mail is usually the least expensive insured/tracked shipping method for small orders to Canada.
